Description
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Lead – Hybrid Remote at our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce to meet the needs of Clearstead’s employees. The Salesforce CRM Lead will collaborate with various user groups and project teams to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of Salesforce as a key tool across our national enterprise.
This position offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week after initial training period.
In this position you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead the ongoing management and enhancement of Salesforce, including working closely with the PMO to customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of Clearstead’s regional offices and departments.
- Collaborate with Operations and other relevant teams to integrate Salesforce with key systems and applications within Clearstead's tech stack and data lake.
- Perform system admin work as needed on Clearstead’s custom Salesforce instance including user management and modifying custom objects, roles, profiles, permissions, alerts, flows, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, tasks, dashboards/reports, and case management.
- Work with external Salesforce resources to build, test, and implement changes, ensuring consistent platform operations, optimal use of resources and delivery of projects under aggressive timelines.
- Work with internal process and project management teams to develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure all users are proficient in utilizing Salesforce effectively to optimize productivity.
- Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce. Build, test, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and key systems (Addepar, Tamarac, HubSpot). Works collaboratively with the data integrity team within the Operations department.
- Participate in the design and implementation of reporting and analytics capabilities within Salesforce to meet the varying needs of regional offices and departments.
- Stay current on the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Leads efforts to continuously optimize and enhance Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implements appropriate security measures to safeguard sensitive information stored within Salesforce.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading Salesforce CRM implementations and customization projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, as well as proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience with data management, integration, and reporting tools and techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
- Strong team player with a positive outlook who can interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
