About the role
As a Fleet Services Claims Processor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate filing of all warranty claims and for tracking all claims throughout the warranty process and notifying the Warranty Manager of any warranty issues in need of resolution.
Responsible for the daily entry of all vendor warranty claims. Verify the accuracy of data received for processing. Organize and manage warranty documents. Receive and reconciles all warranty payments. Post monthly warranty revenues. Request warranty parts from maintenance facilities for turn in. Update and send monthly scrap report to all maintenance facilities. Maintain updated, accurate paperwork and records of work that has been accomplished.
For this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year previous data entry and retrieval experience, 1 year previous experience with general office equipment. We would prefer for you to have previous experience handling warranty claims in a maintenance environment.Work Shift
