About the role

Description

  

The Director of Client Support & Clinical Services is responsible for providing strategic direction for client support and clinical services assuring the highest quality clinical services are provided consistently and efficiently through direct supervision of clinical staff and management and oversight of the entire agency’s clinical documentation; this role sets the tone for excellent client service delivery for all programs in Montgomery and Preble Counties, and the 24 hour crisis hotline; leads weekly case review meetings, provides coaching, education, training, and mentoring to the clinical and direct care teams, and provides training supervision to eligible clinicians; provides final clinical decision-making in response to client mental health crises and dilemmas during operating hours of the facilities; oversees Medicaid billing and contracts with managed care providers; is accountable for program outcomes, quality assurance, and quality improvement strategies and assists with new program development and strategic planning; generates and maintains required records, reports and statistical data for programs, and ensures that supervisees comply with agency policy and procedures; monitors service provision and program standards to ensure all contractual requirements and outcomes are met while maintaining accreditation standards; represents YWCA Dayton at relevant local, state, and national meetings; ensures compliance with Dayton YWCA and YWCA USA policies, procedures, programs and best practices; provides strategic leadership to the Executive team to ensure goals are realized; performs other duties as assigned.

This position is in house only Monday – Friday (occasional evening and weekends may be required) and not remote at this time. YWCA Dayton operates 24/7 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, standard operation hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm. Applicants must be local with easily accessible transportation. EDUCATION & 

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum of 4 years clinical assessment, therapeutic interventions and case management experience, ability to document standards for Medicaid billing, managed care contracts, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and homelessness; 3-5 years leadership, supervision and management experience; Bachelor’s degree in Mental
