  • Manage vendor relationships (e.g., benefits brokers, carriers, 401(k) providers) to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex benefits issues, ensuring a high level of employee experience and issue resolution.
  • Oversee 401(k) plan administration, including vendor coordination, compliance testing, audits, reporting, and employee communications.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA, and Equal Pay-related reporting as applicable.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate benefits-related reporting, analytics, and filings to internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure alignment on compliance, documentation, and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to support salary structures, annual cycles, and pay-related compliance, as needed.
  • Provide benefits and rewards insights to support broader Total Rewards initiatives, while maintaining a benefits-first focus.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and scale benefits processes using best practices and technology.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Internal Communications to ensure seamless execution and clear, employee-friendly communications.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new programs, enhancements, or system improvements aligned with organizational growth.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration and compliance.
