Responsibilities
• Provides administrative support to client's front office senior personnel including our team members and partners.
• Collaborates closely with internal/external offices, providing day-to-day coordination, and ensuring seamless workflow transitions between functional areas.
• Assists the lead task manager and/or client in satisfying administrative requirements processing taskings, meetings, and engagements.
• Receives actions and taskings through multiple channels and systems, including client's automated task management system and internal/external emails.
• Ensures coordinated activities and responses align with action specific objectives while maintaining the highest quality, accuracy, and productivity standards to meet client deadlines.
• Plans and prepares for periodic meetings with logistical support before, during, and after the meeting through closeout activities.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes and to the development of manuals and other documentation, as well as generating status and task management reports for your area of responsibility.
• Safeguardings sensitive and critical information through effective use of administrative tools and providing operations security protection when necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
- Requires 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
- Requires active TS/SCI with poly clearance
- Experience providing program planning and coordination support
- Exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience with customer business systems
- Ability to quickly learn and use new IT systems
- Ability to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executives
- Experience designing, improving, and implementing business processes
- Exceptional initiative and ability to operate with limited oversight
- Broad management consulting skillset, such as:
- Strategic planning
- Organizational design
- Process design
- Governance design
- Facilitation
Desired:
- Experience automating business processes
- Experience designing efficient mechanisms to collect business data via form-based IT systems, such as SharePoint
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience drafting written communications for an executive-level audience
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational transitions and stand-ups

Target Salary Range
