Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 Days a Week)
Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with both business and technology objectives. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational priorities. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes and stakeholder communication.
Maintain proactive communication, addressing potential roadblocks before they impact project progress.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Project for project management.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to dive deep into project details.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250–$95,700 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
