Job Title:

On-Site Warehouse Support Specialist (Dedicated Resource)

Location:

On-site at Customer Facility, FCA Toledo USA, 7111 Crabb Road, Temperance, MI 48182

Overview:

Logistics Plus (LP) is seeking a dedicated, full-time On-Site Warehouse Support Specialist at the customer’s location. The individual will perform day-to-day materials management and inventory control, supporting LP’s client’s operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain the neat and orderly condition of the warehouse area.

· Perform receiving and put-away of inbound materials.

· Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Handle materials from receiving docks and small parcel staging areas.

· Pick, pack, and stage orders for internal pick up.

· Unload and loading trucks daily

· Block and Brace Ocean Export Containers.

· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Document and escalate any meaningful questions or issues to the Client.

· Participate in all training programs provided by Logistics Plus

· Ensure accurate documentation and clear communication regarding inventory activities and issues.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role preferred.

· Hazmat and Dangerous Goods Certified highly preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficient in basic computer systems; ability to learn customer-specific platforms.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout the day.
