Manufacturing Support - Purchasing (Part-Time; 20-22 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

 

• Assist the purchasing department with various tasks.
• Input data into various types of software and databases used in the manufacturing environment.
• Filing
• Invoice reconciliation.
• Create / Close shop floor job packets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide administrative assistance to other departments and managers as directed by the Manager.

 

Qualifications:

 

• 0-4 years' related experience
• Basic computer skills (Experience with MS Office programs (primarily Word and Excel), organizational skills, communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are required.
• Must have valid driving privileges.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Associate degree (non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED)
• Experience in purchasing or accounting fields.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.  Benefits are not applicable to part-time positions.
