Here's what we are looking for:

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must be able to build rapport with new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with Mind Body.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly sales goals including memberships, conversion, gift cards and enhancements. 
• Scheduling massage and facial appointments, in person and over the phone. 
• Selling skincare retail products.
• Delivering excellent customer service to all clients. 
• Responsible for washing/drying in house laundry items.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
• Customer service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals. 
• Must be a team player.
• Professional phone etiquette. 
• Punctual and reliable.
