Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager having experience in software development industry, that will be part of our Life Sciences Business Unit. 

Responsibilities

• Process definitions and improvements (activities related to quality management systems and software delivery lifecycle)
• Process roll-out and trainings (awareness & expert trainings)
• Process support and consultancy (internal to project teams; external to potential and existing customers)
• Facilitate the implementation of the applicable processes in the projects.
• Process KPI definitions and measurements/controls/analysis

Qualifications

• Customer-centric mindset as all stakeholders from a QM perspective shall be handled as customers (both internal and external).
• Experience with Software Quality Assurance, audits based on ISO standards (preferably 9001/13485/27001).
• Experience with agile software development methodologies (SCRUM) is an advantage.
• Level of competency shall be of solid understanding and experience with autonomous task performance (needs assistance only with complex issues).
