This position will play a central role in bringing admilparant to market in the United States. Admilparant is a high-priority Phase 3 asset in Immunology with significant commercial potential, and this individual will be instrumental in building and executing the US launch strategy. The Director will work closely with the VP of US Admilparant to develop and scale the commercial organization, drive launch readiness across key workstreams, and ensure cross-functional alignment ahead of a targeted late 2027 launch. This position will report to the Executive Director of ICV Strategy and Operations and will sit on the ICV S&O Leadership Team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercialization of a transformative Immunology asset from the ground up, gaining invaluable experience building a brand from pre-launch through market entry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and buildout of the US admilparant field force, including assessing required roles, optimal field force size, structure, and geographic deployment — partnering with Sales Leadership, HR, and Finance to develop hiring timelines and onboarding plans aligned to the late 2027 launch

  • Support the VP of US Admilparant in building out the broader US brand team, including organizational design recommendations, headcount projections, role scoping, and long-range financial planning

  • Own budget management for the US admilparant team, including tracking spend against plan, managing purchase orders and accruals, and surfacing financial risks or opportunities to leadership

  • Lead and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Senior Leadership, preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and driving follow-through on key actions and commitments

  • Support and coordinate Investor Relations (IR) calls and other external-facing engagements, ensuring the VP and Senior Leadership are well-prepared with accurate, current information

  • Drive the US admilparant team meeting agenda and cadence — including leadership team meetings and cross-functional syncs — while developing and maintaining team operating rhythms, governance structures, and ways of working

  • Serve as the primary S&O partner to the VP of US Admilparant for managing overall US launch readiness, tracking progress across key cross-functional workstreams including Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive US launch readiness roadmap, including a launch playbook, milestone tracker, and dashboard to monitor progress, flag risks in real time, and drive timely resolution of cross-functional interdependencies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/BS with MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required

  • Minimum 6–8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or other relevant industry

  • Depth of marketing and/or commercial experience in the US market with a track record of performance

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously

  • Experience in or exposure to field force design, sizing, and deployment preferred

  • Ability to lead and influence a large cross-functional matrix team through informal authority and collaborative partnership

  • Launch experience and Immunology experience preferred but not required

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management and headcount planning

  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with ability to prepare and present materials for Senior Lead
