The Data & Pricing Analyst will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and internal and external customers to deliver data-driven pricing insights. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting strategic pricing programs through advanced data analysis, reporting, and modeling. The analyst will manage and support daily and long-term pricing activities, harmonize pricing processes across all business platforms and sales channels, and provide analytical expertise to support decision-making.

This hybrid position reports to the Senior Pricing Manager and is based in North Andover, MA.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support pricing analytics projects, including market analysis, margin analysis, price impact modeling, and profitability assessments
  • Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for Sales and Product teams
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI to support customer, sales, and management needs
  • Create new analytical models and reports in Power BI and Excel to support pricing strategies, forecasts, and business cases
  • Continuously improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities for the Sales and Pricing departments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales to evaluate pricing initiatives, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Support harmonization and standardization of pricing processes through data-driven recommendations and documentation
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with internal business partners by serving as a trusted analytical resource
  • Perform additional analytical and pricing-related duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Department Director

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional business experience, preferably in a strategic/ analytical pricing role
  • Minimum of 3 years of Rebate management and calculations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be process-oriented and have ability to work with various sets of data
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Customer service-focused and results oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently with remote manager
  • Communicate effectively (both written and orally) with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Adaptable to change, ability to shift priorities as needed.

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the North Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.
