Job Description
The Analyst People Shared Services will be responsible for supporting a People Services specialized services team for the Americas servicing approximately 10,000 employees.
This individual will focus on building a culture of continuous improvement ensuring efficient and consistent employee experience. The role reports to the Manager, People Shared Services.
Essential Functions:
Support Operational Team: Support a team of professionals to respond to all employee HR questions and support new People/HR program launches. Key areas of responsibility:
Structured Separations: Lead the delivery, and as required exiting employee queries
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications: Build a strong working relationship with COE teams like Legal, People Business Partners. Communicates with others within the job function and influence functional leadership.
Transition of New Processes into Shared Services: Assist with training, shadowing, documentation, resources mapping.
Execution Metrics: Accountable for meeting the day-to-day performance metrics and ensuring positive employee experience.
Training & documentation: Responsible for ongoing training, and documentation for all processes and activities within the scope of work.
Quality Control Efforts: Delivering on an internal quality assurance program leveraging key metrics that helps measure performance against SLA's, volumes, customer satisfaction & quality.
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week, Monday (Sunday in some countries where Sunday is the start of the week) and Wednesdays. Wednesdays are designated as in-office collaboration days. The third day in the office will be decided based on team needs and determined in partnership with senior leadership.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD). Experience using enterprise-scale HRIS (like Workday) and HR Case Management systems (like ServiceNow).
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Knowledge of HR functional policies and practices.
• Preferred Workday and ServiceNow experience, other comparable software tools acceptable.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel & Word - Mail Merge function
• Strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative style and a good team player with a strong customer focus mind-set that focusses on employee experience and continuous improvement for all processes.
• Proven track record of managing the partnerships with COEs.
• Experience with successfully transitioning work to HR Shared Services.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
