  • Advanced negotiation skills with suppliers, with a clear focus on commercial outcomes

  • Experience working towards quarterly revenue targets, including upsell and repeat business metrics

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • High proficiency with booking tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Nice to Have:

  • Event certifications (e.g. CMP, CMM)

  • Experience with MICE tools such as Cvent

  • Strong global knowledge of venues, suppliers, and destinations

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong commercial mindset, balancing customer experience with revenue and margin optimisation

  • Confidence handling complex, multi-layered requests and high-pressure situations

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate challenges

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
