What you'll do;
- Ensure successful delivery of consulting services, particularly through effective engagement and customer management.
- Oversee billable consulting services, primarily, in the context of managing engagements and providing team oversight and ensuring on time and on budget delivery of services.
- Lead the scoping, sizing, and estimating efforts for assigned engagements.
- Support the professional and personal growth of team members by consistently offering constructive feedback, coaching, and direction on their personal development journeys, while fostering an environment where they are motivated to take charge of their own career progression.
- Grow revenue through the effective management and expansion of the existing account(s)
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the team and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a customer advocate within Everbridge and report customer feedback internally.
- Ensures all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of client business objectives and the plans in place to attain those objectives.
- Help build programs that the TAMs (Technical Account Managers) will execute to effectively grow our enterprise customers.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated ability for people management, including hiring, onboarding as well as cultivating professional development opportunities as part of performance management functions.
- Strong sense of urgency for customer issues.
- Comfortable leading larger teams including cross-functional members as needed.
- Proven track record or experience working effectively with sales leaders to help identify opportunities and present solutions within an account.
- 4+ years in a managerial role (professional services, account management, project management etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience leading the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements.
- Ability to manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget, and project risk scope and expectation management with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software sales and related professional services.
- Experience collaborating with account management, engineering, product management, and product marketing teams.
