This position will be part of the Technical Support team in the Services and System Operations Department.  
 

Position Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate strategies to optimize fuel cell system performance.
• Work closely with controls, software, and business teams to analyze, understand, and utilize the company’s complex and growing data to help make real time decisions.
• Work with Quality, Reliability, and Engineering teams to identify failure modes of systems running in the field
• Analyze and solve complex fuel cell system problems as escalated by remote monitoring team.
   

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must graduate between December 2024 and August 2025
   

Desired Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and experience performing statistical analysis
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python 
• Knowledge of databases such as Redshift
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Technical knowledge in electroch is a plus but not required

The pay range for new college grad roles is based on related degree and major and related years of experience, if applicable. The annual salary range for this position is $82,000 to $139,200.
