Role |

The UKIO’s Talent team is growing to support the growth of the company moving forward. For that, we are looking for a Senior Talent Executive that will be responsible for attracting the best talent for our key departments.

You will take the lead on the end to end recruitment for a range of roles, from Marketing to finance and sales. You will be also responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience, and you will be the first UKIO ambassador with any potential candidate.

Responsibilities |

• Hiring for different departments (sales, marketing, etc) and locations across Europe.
• Ensuring the best communication with candidates and always sharing feedback.
• Building strong relationships across the organisation with leaders.
• Align the recruitment strategy with our team needs and the growth of the company in each of the departments and countries.
• Optimising & streamlining hiring processes to improve the way we are hiring.
• Composing and executing creative sourcing strategies against prioritised positions to develop superior talent pipelines.
• Maintaining exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems.
• Writing and improving job descriptions to attract talent and set up expectations.
• Supporting the Expansion team on benchmarking and benefits alignment in all our markets and specially the opening ones.
• Collaborating with the rest of the People Team to ensure the best Onboarding process.

About you |

• Demonstrated experience hiring candidates for hard to fill roles and high volume ones in different departments.
• Highly experienced using an ATS tool (we use Workable) to manage and update candidate information.
• Adaptable communication style, able to understand your audience and change your language/tone of voice
• Diligent with stakeholders, with consideration to their working styles, communication and outcomes.
• Demonstrable understanding in hiring for multiple markets.
• Fluent Spanish and English. French, Portuguese or German will be a plus.
• Experience working towards ambitious targets.
• Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
• Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
