Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Mobile Driver in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As an unarmed officer at a government location with Allied Universal, you will monitor designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your visible presence and professionalism will provide reassurance to those around you while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for driving while conducting your duties. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and/or the public as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or local authorities as necessary.
• Complete required logs, reports, and/or documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
