Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) - SNF

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified independent or associate-level mental health therapists (all licenses encouraged to apply) to join our SNF Therapy team in the Southern Phoenix area!

Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting on-site in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).

• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  

Job Types: Part-time or Full-time, W2, and Independent Contractor options available.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Arizona licensure as an associate or independent level clinician.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.

• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up to date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS!

Pay:

• $33.00 to $58.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options are available.
• Compensation is determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level), pay model preferred, and experience.
