The Role at a Glance:


As an Analyst, Web Experience Product Owner, your role in an Agile team will be to consult/analyze and deliver business requirements for your assigned area of responsibility. This position will work closely with Mgt, execution teams and IT partners to map out current system processes, review project documentation including architectural solution documents to ensure business continuity across project deliverables and across all system processes and applications internal to Life and Annuity Inforce Operations.

• Consults and collaborates with key internal and/or external stakeholders to elicit more complex business issues, determine root cause(s), and capture business needs.
• Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents, and validates more complex business requirements.
• Consults and acts as a resource to appropriate internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Validates that the solution meets the business need by developing more complex acceptance criteria and plan to evaluate.
• Determines and recommends the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
• May serves as a mentor and share knowledge with junior and/or peer team members.
• May provide more complex testing support as needed.

Must-Haves:
• 3 - 5+ Years of experience in business analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position or 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology with a strong understanding of customer web experience and development.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex IT solutions and design documents
• Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend processes improvements.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and ability to write both business and technical user stories
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

 

Nice-to-haves:
• Has a deep knowledge base of Life & Annuity products including but not limited to full understanding of Life and/or Annuity base products, product rates, riders, funds and tax information

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discri
