Job Description

The Senior Certification Program Manager manages and maintains the Certification program from an operational level. From the first stages of exam planning, running job task analysis to  working  on Exam Development to post exam preparation collateral, enable publishing of the exams, run reports of credential volumes, and connect with customers on feedback. You are responsible for the success of launching each credential thereby impacting the success of the certification program. You will ensure the best candidate experience as candidates study and take exams with the goal of increasing certification volumes.

You will need to know how to build a certification portfolio and oversee operational activities. In this role you will manage Vendor relationships, interact with teams cross functionally and collaborate with Stakeholders in the technical and sales community within Zscaler and with Partners, Customers, and Students. This individual should be organized, professional, and adaptable. 

Your Impact:

• Manage the relationship between Zscaler and Certification vendors to provide a platform for candidates to take exams, access digital badges, and report metrics on credential volumes. You will maintain contracts and purchase orders.
• Partner with Event Team, Vendors, and key Stakeholders to provide on-site testing for Credentials at global events. Participate in planning and execution of the events. 
• Work to Develop exams and build the launch plans and maintenance of certification regarding exam preparation material and website updates.
• Create and update Study Guides with the release of each new exam or exam update.
• Report on certification volume metrics using multiple systems and tools.
• Interact with customers as the top level of support for all Certification related questions.
• Connect with stakeholders internal to Zscaler to provide certification vouchers for customers, partners, academy students, and employees.
• Identify process improvements and take initiative to implement changes.

Qualifications

• At least 11+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or Certification 
• At least 7+ years working with vendors, contracts, and purchasing. 
• Ideally 7+ years working on corporate events.
• Excellent organization skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines.
• Maintains professionalism in all interactions internally and externally. 
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
• Trusted to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment with respect to the candidate and exam data. 

Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $160,000 + commission/bonus + equity + benefits.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by the role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
