Summary:

• The Accounting Manager position requires strong organizational skills and high attention to details. Position performs heavy Accounts Payable functions, account reconciliations, daily cash reconciliations, bank deposits, maintains accounting records, substantiating business transactions, billing, and Accounts Receivables. Ability to compile facts and figures, strong computer skills and follow procedures in accordance with Internal Audit.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor department budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• One year of accounting experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
