About the Role:

Responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions aligned to business strategy. 

What You Will Do:

• Evaluates processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and develops solutions.
• Establishes specifications for new projects by developing project scope and key activities.
• Documents and communicates the results of analytical efforts.
• Verifies with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs and ensures completed work aligns with initiative scope.
• Analyzes data to inform business decisions.
• Stays up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize.
• Determines system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
• Completes management reporting and obtains approval for system development projects.
• Efficiently integrates new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Reports common patterns, questions, and other issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent

Salary range:  $71,883.22 – $132,757.01

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
