Empower Environmental Services professionals at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center to deliver extraordinary patient experiences. Be the face of caring, proactive customer service on a tight knit team. Serve as a liaison to world-renowned medical staff. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and hospitality for all patients and employees. Provide inspiring, action-oriented leadership that fosters consistency, results and personalized service across our hospital.

This is a full-time position at the Allen Hospital located at (5141 Broadway, New York, NY 10034) on the overnight shift from 11 PM- 7 AM with weekend and holiday rotations.

Preferred Criteria 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

• Leadership experience.

• More than three years of previous work-related experience.

Required Criteria 

• Associate's degree from a recognized college or university or equivalent experience.

• Minimum two years of previous work-related experience.

• Basic knowledge of EVS, laundry, or waste management operations, preferably in a large institution.

• Excellent supervisory skills.

• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards and Quality Assurance.

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

$74,000-$111,000/Annual
