<h3>Company Description</h3><p><strong>The Strategic Procurement Intern will play a key role in supporting the Strategic Procurement Media team by assisting in daily tasks that contribute to ongoing procurement projects and the team’s strategic objectives. Through hands on learning, the intern will gain experience in supplier relationship management, data analysis, negotiations, procurement processes and ESG initiatives, providing essential insights for effective decision-making.</strong></p><p>We are looking for a motivated talent to join us in January 2026 for six months.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>DATA MANAGEMENT &amp; ANALYSIS</strong></p><p>In this internship, you'll help structure data sets from multiple sources and gather relevant information to support evidence-based purchasing decisions. You'll also be involved in spend and supplier analysis, providing insight for the strategic management of supplier relationships.</p><p><strong>SUPPLIER &amp; STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT</strong></p><p>As an intern, you'll engage with specific suppliers and stakeholders to manage defined projects and support the team's efforts to achieve competitive pricing and quality standards. You'll also be required to attend supplier negotiation meetings, contributing to relationship building and strategic sourcing activities.</p><p><strong>ESG &amp; PROCESS INNOVATION INITATIVES</strong></p><p>You'll support the team in driving the company's ESG strategy by assisting with due diligence processes and developing sustainable procurement practices. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and learn how to use procurement tools to improve operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>DASHBOARD &amp; REPORTING SUPPORT</strong></p><p>One of your tasks will be to maintain data dashboards, Power Points and rate card repositories and assist in the development of new reports as required for procurement insight. As an intern, you'll help document workflows and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with departmental standards.</p><p><strong>PROJECT &amp; SYSTEM SUPPORT</strong></p><p>You'll help implement procurement systems and tools that contribute to continuous improvement efforts and navigate our existing tool landscape to retrieve internal and external data or benchmarks.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</li><li>Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to gain experience in negotiation</li><li>Interest in project and process management</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl</li><li>Skilled communicator, both in writing and speech</li><li>Ability to work in teams effectively</li><li>Interest in ESG and sustainable procurement practices</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities.
