• This is a techno-functional Operations Support role specializing in diagnosing, triaging and resolving production incidents (no coding involved, but technical expertise in mandatory).
• Responsible for triaging incoming issues to determine severity, reproducing bugs, performing root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like log analysis or database queries, and often providing workarounds or permanent fixes.
• Serves as a bridge between technical teams and end users.
• Assist in resolving production support problems.
• Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems.
• Gather information from the system, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation to change existing programs.
• Debug codebase and SQL stored procedures to troubleshoot reported issues with existing programs.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal product teams to address and define reported issues.
• Create and assign service request tickets to the appropriate team in response to customer needs.
• Manage automated jobs and configuration files on remote servers in sync with deployments
• Conduct UAT, create test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
• Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as meeting notes, program code, release management tickets and any technical documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.

 

What we're looking for

 

• 6+ years of experience with applications/web development, programming, and debugging and troubleshooting issues in a ASP.NET C# environment. 
• Experience with the following:
  • Writing queries to analyze data and debug stored procedures in MS SQL Server
  • .Net framework
  • Javascript
  • .Net Entity Framework and deployment procedures for web solutions
  • Rest API and SOAP services build and deployment
  • RabbitMQ (desired)
  • Sharepoint
  • Service Now
  • Web application hosting in Microsoft IIS
  • Web APIs
  • Troubleshooting API-based applications

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
