Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional poolside food & beverage service.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and bar areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside dining areas.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions following proper procedures.
• Work as part of a team with bartenders, servers, and pool attendants to create a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume setting, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong multitasking skills – you can juggle multiple orders and guests with ease.
• A positive and professional attitude – guests love your energy and service!
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktails (or a willingness to learn).
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, to match business needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun, wind).
• Standing and walking for extended periods, sometimes on wet surfaces.
• Lifting and carrying trays with food and drinks (up to 25 lbs).
• Bending, reaching, and moving quickly to keep up with guest needs.
