The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Sr. Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all products meet the required standards and specifications before they are released to customers. The role will lead a team of quality assurance professionals and work closely with other departments to implement and maintain quality control systems.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Lead the quality assurance team, providing training and support as needed.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

  • Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance metrics.

  • Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and requirements.

  • Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

YOU HAVE:

  • Degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field is preferred. Candidates with meaningful hands-on quality assurance experience and supervisory responsibilities will be strongly considered.

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
