***THE POSITION IS PENDING CONTRACT AWARD***
The Program Manager will support Cyber Operations Team onsite at Ft. Meade, VA.  This position will be an active part of this unit and will be responsible for monitoring, securing, protecting, and managing all projects in support of the mission. ·                     Perform collaborative integration management with outside organizations in support of system changes, including planning, testing,  development, implementation, enhancement, transition, management, and operations of new initiatives. ·                     Assist with the management of the program to minimize any potential problems and risks, as well as to ensure that the mission continues successfully ·                     Document integration of systems into existing architecture ·                     Use Microsoft Project or authorized Project Management tools to manage all projects ·                     Provide daily leadership briefings on the status of ongoing and upcoming projects. ·                     Maintain weekly updates on the status of program plan milestones and historical records for new initiatives.·                     Brief the Director daily, and maintain weekly updated materials as required for squadron use, on the status of program plan milestones and historical records for new initiatives. ·                     Provide weekly executive roll-up briefings/reports of current and upcoming Third Party CSSP project management efforts and maintain a quarterly/monthly report of completed projects ·                     Attend/participate and provide reports on technical discussions involving planning, testing, development, risk assessment, and transition towards newer and more advanced versions of tools and architecture to support operations within five business days.·                     Within five (5) business days of attending such meetings, provide a trip report and meeting minutes to the COR. ·                     Help with recruitment efforts for the contract to ensure adequate staffing and training.·                     Brief the Government on planning actions and the associated mission impact. ·                     Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned. Education: ·                     High School Degree Required ·                     Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience Licenses & Certifications: ·                     Active TS/SCI Security Clearance  ·                     Required to have one of the following IAT Level II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP – or an IAT Level III certification: CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCNP Security  ·                     Required to have one of the following IAT CSSP certifications for Infrastructure Support: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND. ·                     Possession of a PMP, CAPM, or Project + certification Experience: ·                     Required minimum of five to eight years (5-8) of relevant experience; DoD experience preferred ·                     Required minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and personnel.  ·                     Experience working with large teams of 20+ people. Skills & Abilities: ·                     Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·                     Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals. ·                     Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. ·                     High-level problem-solving and communication skills ·                     Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. ·                     Project management principles and practices  ·                     Ability to work with various levels of personnel including senior leadership. ·                     Use of Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint   Other: ·            Ability to work in a 24-7, 365-day environment with after-hour calls, as required.  This opportunity offers career development and growth, competitive compensation, and a robust benefits package with 4 Weeks PTO w/ rollover, 11 paid holidays, company paid events and tr
