Sr Title Clerk

Ensures SSFCU's lien is perfected on all collateralized consumer loans. Advises Branch and Loan Processing employees of required forms and fees. Follows up to ensure all documentation is complete. Corresponds with members, taxing entities, branches, to obtain proper paperwork/fees to complete title transfers/name changes/name additions/deletions. Ensures title documents are completed, and corresponding fees are submitted to appropriate authorities to ensure SSFCU lien is perfected. Handles complex title issues including repossessions, unidentified titles, etc. all types of collateral including ATVs, boats, RVS, autos, and motorcycles. Responds to emails, calls from branches, members and other state agencies regarding title transaction inquiries. Advises Loan Processors and branches regarding complex title situations such as “out of state” titling to determine fees and appropriate title documentation. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years as a Title Clerk II or a combination of one year as a Title Clerk II and previous loan processing or lien perfection experience.
