The Senior Technology Product Manager for UnitedHealthcare AI Transformation and Enablement will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of high-impact AI adoption initiatives across UHC. This role will operate at the intersection of technology product management, enterprise enablement, change management, executive communications, training delivery, and adoption analytics to help business and technology teams use approved AI capabilities responsibly and effectively.

Success in this role means improving enterprise AI readiness, increasing adoption of approved AI tools and practices, reducing friction for leaders and teams, and translating AI investments into measurable productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements. The role will partner with technology, operations, business, communications, responsible AI, learning, reporting, and executive stakeholders to turn strategy into scalable execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Scale UHC AI enablement initiatives, including AI Champions, AI Starter Kits by role, AI office hours, training sessions, demos, use case intake, and rollout support for new AI capabilities
  • Drive product-style planning for AI enablement offerings, including roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, requirements definition, launch readiness, feedback loops, and adoption measurement
  • Partner with Responsible AI, technology, business, compliance, and enablement stakeholders to support Responsible AI Ambassador coordination, readiness, communications, and appropriate use guidance for enterprise AI tools
  • Develop and maintain AI adoption reporting, dashboards, executive summaries, leadership updates, program scorecards, and insights that show progress against UHC 2026 AI adoption goals
  • Translate complex AI capabilities, policies, risks, and adoption data into clear executive communications, leader talking points, field-ready messaging, FAQs, and change management materials
  • Plan and facilitate AI training, demos, office hours, and enablement forums for technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on practical use cases, real work integration, and responsible adoption
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities for new AI capabilities, including readiness plans, communications sequencing, stakeholder briefings, knowledge assets, feedback capture, and post-launch improvement actions
  • Manage program operations for AI enablement workstreams, including intake, prioritization, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, meeting cadences, action item follow-up, and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify adoption barriers, readiness gaps, and opportunities for process simplification, then recommend scalable solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and connecting point for leaders, teams, AI Champions, Responsible AI Ambassadors, and other stakeholders seeking to apply AI tools to approved productivity and workflow improvement opportunities
  • Ensure enablement assets and communications are organized, current, accessible, aligned to enterprise guidance, and appropriate for broad UHC audiences
  • Support executive commitments by preparing data-backed updates, decision materials, rollout plans, and escalation summaries that clearly communicate progress, risks, impact, and next actions

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
