GENERAL SUMMARY
The Classroom and Collaboration Analyst is responsible for the coordination and setup of all audio and video services, platforms, solutions, and AV equipment on the campus. This role involves supporting existing AV solutions, overseeing installation and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting AV technology at campus events, and working with relevant vendors as applicable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:

• Installs, configures, and supports all campus classroom and collaborative technology to ensure it is operational, maintained, and effectively meets the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
• Provides AV technology support for various campus events, including graduations, ceremonies, executive meetings, and other special events. The work schedule requires attendance at events and may include evenings or weekends as needed.
• Diagnoses and resolves technical issues with AV equipment quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions during events, classes, or meetings.
• Works with external vendors, contractors, and other IT team members to coordinate the installation and configuration of AV systems and equipment in classrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
• Conducts thorough testing of newly installed AV equipment to ensure proper functionality, integration, and performance in line with university requirements.
• Ensures the effective resolution of technical incidents and problems by coordinating resources, troubleshooting issues, and escalating critical situations as necessary.
• Provides training and support to students, faculty, and staff on the proper use of AV equipment, including in classrooms and meeting spaces.
• Partners with the IT Support team to deliver outstanding IT customer service across the campus, effectively troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues reported by end users, including computer, hardware/software, network, and other technology-related concerns.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management or project management and/or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to do the job
• Technical aptitude and knowledge of integrated audiovisual systems including Ringcentral, Zoom and Teams. Experience with Tesira, Clickshare and Crestron is highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with clients and staff
• Self-motivated. Works well independently and in a team setting under time constraints.
• Ability to multi-task and learn and apply new skills quickly

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels.
