Remote Operations Center (ROC) Support

  • Partner with the Remote Operations Center (ROC) / Operations Control Center (OCC) to identify operational gaps and formulate solutions

  • Support the establishment of clear decision points, standard work documentation, and QMS-formatted processes for ROC operators

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and geographies

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional, global teams

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy industry, with exposure to offshore wind, construction, or commissioning environments preferred
