Summary (Purpose

or Mission):                      Summary: Contributing to the development and implementation of the activities of the Regional HR Center of Expertise. Support internal and external training and development initiatives and HR projects, with the aim of meeting the qualification needs of professionals and the company's development goals.  Creates, promotes, and fosters individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and offering innovative and diverse programs in support of HR CoE NAM.

Location: NY Office

Travel Expectation: Occasionally

Duties of this Job Include:

 

  • Contribute implementation of internal Learning and Development activities/events and structured feedback processes.
  • Monitoring the People Excellence HR program, including performance management, compentence management, talent management, succession planning, etc. in alignment with Global and Regional Calendar.
  • Contribute with the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion program
  • Support HR Projects as requested
  • Conducting organizational climate surveys and follow up actions
  • Support activities related to internal communication in the region.
  • Contribute to the creation of regional/local HR concepts, guidelines, programs  and processes as needed for Center of Excellence .
  • Bring HR market trends and best practices.
  • Drawing up and monitoring the department's strategic indicators.
  • Collaborate to effective communication to HRBP organization, assiting in consultation needs, workshop or focus groups as needed.
