The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are seeking an outstanding attorney with 8-12 years of experience in corporate and securities laws to join our dynamic Legal team. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate and will be a primary legal business partner for Moloco’s finance team.
The candidate would be located near our Redwood City, California office and would be expected to be in the office as needed.
The Opportunity:
- Advise on corporate and securities laws matters, including corporate governance policies and procedures
- Partner with Moloco’s regional counsels to manage the corporate governance of Moloco’s subsidiaries and provide support on global expansion initiatives
- Provide support for Moloco’s board of director matters, including collaborating with internal stakeholders on board meeting agendas, materials, and governance policy updates
- Partner with Moloco’s equity team and advise on investor relations matters, including investor communications, equity transfer requests, and equity plan management
- Partner with Moloco’s finance team to provide legal support for corporate entity financial and regulatory audits and company filings
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams—including strategic finance, accounting, finance, tax, and people operations—as well as external advisors to facilitate the smooth execution of strategic transactions
- Oversee, draft and review Moloco’s disclosure materials, including future SEC filings and international filings to ensure compliance with federal, state, and foreign securities law requirements
- Work on other corporate and securities projects, including public company readiness workstreams
- Help build a best-in-class corporate and securities function, developing processes that will scale into future stages of company growth
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
