This role leads global program delivery across Quality Control (QC) digital systems and laboratory instrumentation platforms, ensuring structured coordination across a rapidly scaling, multi-site network.
You will drive complex, cross-functional programs from concept through measurable outcomes, enabling visibility, alignment, and momentum across global teams.
Operating at the intersection of digital systems, laboratory operations, and compliance, you will ensure predictable delivery, support QC testing throughput, and strengthen supply reliability worldwide.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Lead the planning and execution of global, cross-functional programs across QC digital systems and laboratory instrumentation platforms, ensuring delivery from concept through measurable outcomes
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource alignment across multiple global sites
Act as the central coordination point across Digital, QC, QA, Infrastructure, site teams, and vendors to align execution for initiatives impacting laboratory operations
Drive governance across complex programs through operating cadences, status reporting, escalation pathways, risk and issue management, and benefits realization tracking and outcomes measurement against plan
Apply appropriate delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on system complexity, regulatory requirements, and program needs, ensuring alignment across teams operating with different ways of working
Coordinate delivery of QC system deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives, including benchtop instrumentation and enterprise systems (Chromeleon CDS, MODA, LogiLab SDMS, SoftMax Pro), operating system upgrades, and integration changes
Ensure all initiatives adhere to GxP compliance, validation expectations, data integrity standards, and inspection readiness requirements in partnership with Quality and Validation teams
Provide leadership without designation across global teams, acting as the central coordination point to drive alignment, maintain momentum, and ensure continuity of critical initiatives across time zones
Partner with Digital and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and prioritization, creating a bridge into product-oriented ownership as the portfolio evolves, including opportunities to leverage advanced digital and Generative AI capabilities
Drive proactive identification and mitigation of cross-system and cross-site risks to minimize disruption to QC testing, site readiness, and operational continuity
Provide clear, structured, executive-ready communication on program status, decisions, risks, and outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve program delivery practices, templates, KPIs, and operating models to support scalable execution and future growth of the global team

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering, computer science, or related field
8+ years in Technical Program Management or similar
Experience delivering complex programs across multiple teams, systems, and geographies
Experience in regulated environments (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or similar)
Experience working with laboratory systems, manufacturing systems, or other operational environments
Experience working across multiple delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and adapting approach based on program and regulatory needs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in English (verbal and/or written) required due to global collaboration needs.
