Job Description

• Provides clerical support by inputting information into a standard format to print labels.
• Maintains records, compiles and reviews standard reports, files( i.e. material usage sheets, job tickets) and performs routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.  
• Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports, and responding to data requests. 
• May be responsible for operating light equipment or printers.  
• May assist with production planning and special projects as needed
• Good communication skills both oral and written. 
• Must be able to read and understand job and mailing specification, shipping codes, critical numbering system, and work orders.
• Basic Math skills
• Walking/standing, 6-7 hours
• Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours

Qualifications

• High school/GED and/or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a printing environment or in Manufacuturing will be given preference.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.50 to $26.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
