You're responsibilities
 

• Works as a SME of the tool and manage stakeholders in different countries on Global Sales Solutions
• Utilise IT operating model framework to facilitate planning, alignment , demand & change management
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and frameworks
• Understand business requirements, managed enhancements and drives change management activities
• Understand the Sales Process across different countries in Reckitt
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business value through IT products
• May be required to work with teams managing Satellite systems for establishing Integration
• May required to explore/ deploy the tool to new countries
• Responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools
• Manages Request, Escalations and provide inputs as needed to assigned countries
• Handle assigned BAU projects
• Testing of New / exiting functionality of Sales tools
• Role may include domestic/ International travel
