Job Overview:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including front line recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and performance management. The HR Manager plays a critical role in cultivating a positive work culture, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring HR practices align with business goals and legal requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle hourly recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and partnerships with NPO groups.
• Coach managers on performance improvement plans and development strategies.
• Identify training needs and facilitate or coordinate internal training programs.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and payroll.
• Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, leaves, and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements (if applicable), and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Consult with management teams to align human resources strategy and programs to reach location's operational goals and objectives.
• Manage employee relations to ensure positive employee-employer relationships and to promote a high level of employee commitment.
• Continually monitor all aspects and areas of HR operations to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency
• Working with Regional HRBP and Employee Relations, support investigations and resolve all external and internal charges, complaints; Apply understanding of key precedents, policies and practices to protect Sodexo Live! interests.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience working in hospitality or food & beverage operations preferred.
