Job Description
Reporting to the team lead, you will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for CapitaLand's diverse portfolio of business parks, industrial facilities, logistics centers, and commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities include:
Marketing and Promotions
Plan, produce and update library of marketing assets for agents and prospects, working closely with Leasing team. These include property videos, virtual tours, collaterals and websites
Assist to liaise with advertising agencies and vendors on offline marketing advertisements, signages and marketing collaterals
Plan and manage new installations/renewals of all building signage and hoardings, including budgeting, monitoring of licence expiries, calling of quotations, liaising with vendor on BCA documentations and coordinating with on-site teams on installations
Manage property listings and ads on various third-party property platforms to increase visibility of CapitaLand properties amongst property searchers
Assist in creating and sending of marketing eDMs
Support team lead in rolling out of new initiatives to strengthen outreach to agents and end users
Partner Rewards Programme
Work with Leasing team to administer the rewards scheme and agent payouts eg. update participating buildings and ensure list is updated in system on a quarterly basis, monitor and verify deal closures and points, put up internal approvals, identify discrepancies and rectify system computations, liaise with Finance to ensure timely payouts to agents and monthly reporting
Plan and organize the annual awards presentation dinner for agents
Produce new collaterals to promote the scheme
Events
Plan, organise and execute marketing events to enhance outreach to agents eg. annual Partner Rewards event, monthly site tours and adhoc networking activities
Provide full event logistics support including setup, email invitation, RSVP, registration, photography, preparation of marketing kits, transportation and F&B arrangements
Support other adhoc marketing events such as trade exhibitions and seminars
Marketing Support
Assist in the collation of monthly reports
Extract marketing performance data for monthly reporting (strong knowledge of Excel and Pivot function is required)
Support department budgeting exercise, track budget utilization and marketing expenses for reporting
Liaise with internal teams on CRM/SAP system issues and migration
Perform administrative duties such as processing of invoices and onboarding of agents and agencies to SAP system
Other day-to-day duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Good writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with excellent knowledge of Excel and Pivot functions
Candidates with good knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop, video editing software, and have a keen eye for design will have added advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, proactive, resourceful, meticulous and able to work independently
