Requirements

About the role

As the Director, Experimentation at Rokt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we innovate, optimize, and make data-driven decisions across the organization. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering stakeholders, you will drive the experimentation roadmap, ensuring that our product changes are grounded in rigorous experimentation and statistical analysis. Your expertise in experimental design, statistical methods, and data visualization will enable you to uncover actionable insights that contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap and experimentation best practices for teams across Rokt
• Manage an experimentation roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering stakeholder teams, translating business requirements into well designed and properly measured experiments
• Present research on statistical methods and provide training on experimentation topics for stakeholder teams
• Design rigorous AB tests and evaluate the impact of product changes and improvements
• Evaluate current experimentation practices across the organization and identify opportunities for improvement
• Improving the statistical methodology backing our experimentation platform
• Develop best practices for experimentation capabilities across the organization
• Partner with engineering team to develop platform capabilities to support a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, computer science, operations research, or engineering; or relevant work experience
• 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in experimentation at scale
• Strong knowledge of hypothesis testing, sample size calculations, advanced test design and techniques.
• Track record of using statistics and guiding teams through unstructured technical problems to deliver business impact
• A great storyteller and communicator, and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate and work in partnership with different parts of the organization
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive your own projects
