HR Analyst

As an HR analyst, you contribute to the management, integration and development of HRIS IT systems by performing the following tasks:

• Reporting: Assist in developing an HR dashboard and maintain power BI reporting (covering absenteeism, holidays, trainings and recruitment).
• Employee Movement Reports: Prepare reports on employee movements   for the works council.
• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and quality of the data.
• Training Support: Assist the People Development Manager with training reports and requirement for the Federal Learning Account.
• Workday Management: Keep Workday up to date, collaborate with the Group on various Workday implementation projects, and acts as the Single Point of Contact for Workday-related topics.
• Documentation: Create clear user guides and processes for reporting.
• System Administration: Act as the administrator for HR-related systems, overseeing daily, weekly and monthly reportings.

Additionally, you will support fleet-related matters (reporting, Phoenix systems, long-term absences) and assess the current HR systems to explore possible automation options.  

Required Qualificiations:

• first experience in HR related function
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with Workday and Eblox is a plus.
• Proficiency in French and English or Dutch and English
• Hands-on and detail-oriented with a structured an accurate approach to work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate analytical, assertive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented skills.
