About the role

About the team

Zillow Group is on a mission to get more people home. As the leading real estate technology company in the U.S., Zillow supports several steps in the journey people take to explore, find, and get home. As a company founded on a mission to create greater transparency and access for all, we recognize two critical opportunities for us in the U.S. One is the rapidly growing market of home buyers and renters from communities who have never been centered in the housing and renting industry. These communities represent an untapped market of people to serve and establish long-lasting relationships with. The second and highly related opportunity we recognize is the distinct set of disparities and challenges these same communities face in the home-finding and real estate market. Helping more people from historically marginalized and underserved communities get home is aligned with our mission, values, and strategic vision at Zillow Group. For these reasons, we are pleased to activate a new function within our Engagement & Belonging (E&B) Team: E&B Principal for Partner Success. This role will collaborate closely with our Partner Success function (the team who identifies, manages, supports, and equips our agent partners to provide best-in-class experiences for home buyers and renters). This role will also partner closely with the E&B Principal for Product Success and the E&B Sr. Director on the design and launch of Zillow’s Inclusive Design Office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assess socio-political, cultural, and market changes– in alignment with Zillow’s mission and strategic priorities– to identify areas of opportunity and growth for our Partner Success Team with respect to new and expanding customer groups. As strategies and goals are set, you will drive the design, delivery, and maintenance of programs aimed at educating and empowering our team and agent partners towards that strategic growth.
