Director of Cloud Services

C3EL is actively seeking a visionary Director of Cloud Services to elevate our leadership team. We're in pursuit of a dynamic individual boasting a stellar track record in IT project management, cloud solution implementation, and business growth initiatives across both the Department of Defense and commercial landscapes. The perfect candidate will demonstrate profound expertise in information technology management, risk assessment, audit compliance, and possess unparalleled communication and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the integration of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure), emphasizing digital transformation and IT infrastructure advancement.
• Lead business development strategies, identifying new prospects while nurturing existing stakeholder relationships to align with our strategic ambitions.
• Provide expert advice on leveraging technology to streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and realize strategic goals.
• Oversee IT audits and risk evaluations, delivering practical recommendations for system improvements, security enhancements, and compliance fulfillment.
• Direct project execution using Agile and Scrum methodologies, guaranteeing on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Act as the essential bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex technical concepts into easily understandable language.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced certifications in Information Technology Management, Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP), and Information Security (CISM, CompTIA Security+).
• A minimum of ten years' experience in IT project management, with a specific focus on cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) within both the Department of Defense and commercial sectors.
• A proven track record of business development success, underscored by a meticulous, organized, and goal-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with experience in leading diverse teams and steering projects to success.

Educational Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
