HR Infrastructure Project Manager - Supervising Associate

The opportunity
The HR Infrastructure Supervising Associate works as part of the Talent Reporting leadership team to provide operational support to reporting, including connecting with field Leadership. This support may include measurement, analysis, review, project management and some continuous improvement initiatives. This position may also provide some deployment and reporting/technology support.
Your key responsibilities
- Review deliverables of operational reporting and analysis. Reports include key statistics, measurement results for accuracy and timeliness, and other survey or statistical results.
- Analyze workflow of operations, including process mapping, and offers suggestions for improvement
- Conduct measurement analyses on projects/programs as directed. This may include measuring progress against established timelines and/or procedures. Report findings to department teams with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities
- Provide project management and/or programming for most complex projects or programs and may lead larger projects
- Create, develop, and facilitate the implementation of solutions across teams requiring ongoing working relationships at varying levels
- Make decisions regarding the allocation of resources to meet changing project/program needs
- Responsible for developing strategies to support key business drivers
- Participate in global initiatives
- Act as a counselor/supervisor to other team members
- Understand and apply knowledge of the firm’s business, organizational structure and operations to effectively identify opportunities to support the firm’s strategy and key initiatives
- Apply process and technology enablement knowledge to analyses and problem solving
- Consult on/Present recommendations to senior managers on solutions and influences final decisions
- Manage own portfolio of work; delegate tasks

To qualify you must have
- Strong knowledge of change management principles
- 5-7 years of progressive work experience
