THE ROLE
This Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing oversees marketing activities across their assigned LGM. This role serves as the first point of contact when clients have a marketing inquiry and work on behalf of the client to determine solutions by leveraging the greater marketing organization including eCommerce, paid media, CRM, and creative teams. They work pro-actively to create and distribute communications both internally and externally to manage the account to maximize sales and margins goals on behalf of our client. This role serves as a leader across the Integrated Marketing Team, sharing best practices and lessons learned with peers and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
INTEGRATED MARKETING AND STRATEGY MANAGEMENT
- Lead development and execution of client campaigns and activations, providing insights and recommendations to build and grow in the future.
- Develop and maintain client GTM and promotional calendar and own in-venue placement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned partners, pulling in stakeholders as needed to respond to concerns and ensure issues have been fully resolved. Ensure that resolutions are given promptly and thoroughly address concerns.
- Lead client calls including developing agenda, presentations, talking point and providing recaps, notes and next steps for areas of ownership.
- Create and deliver strong presentations supporting launch plans, business strategies, and category objectives to senior management for each campaign.
- Leverage resources such as historical data, peer or stakeholder knowledge or past reporting to pro-actively solve challenges and make move forward recommendations.
- Understand digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, Display, Paid Social, SEM, and Affiliates and how these levers can impact business; challenge partners to consider new ways of approaching goals to maximize results.
- Own in-venue strategy for directional and branded signage at key events, maximizing digital website exposure in these placements as much as possible.
STRATEGIC PARTNER PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders and executives with updates concerning activities and deliverables as well as risks and mitigation strategies.
- Create and execute creative brief/FormStack requests that are complete and cohesive of brand and creative requirements.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and Paid Media teams to ensure all campaigns and promotions are best represented online, approving and testing launches when required.
- Compile strategic meeting agendas and manage cross-functional teams to complete projects on-time and cost-effectively, ensuring teams are aware of action items and next steps after each touchbase. Ascertain forward moving project momentum and pace while channel owners are responsible for specific channel strategy. Ensure that the stakeholders’ strategies are complete and executed completely once approved.
- Partner with Program Managers and other marketing partners to set plan, forecast and actuals for both top line sales and marketing spend, making recommendations to adjust based on performance and channel mix.
