If you’re enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!</p><p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Platform Infrastructure Product Manager to join the SentinelOne's Product Management team. Our team is responsible for providing SentinelOne customers with a scalable, reliable, and secure platform. We support customers' infrastructure, operational, and compliance-related requirements and manage customer deployments across cloud service providers and regions. We also support SentinelOne's product development teams by making it easy for them to build and deliver products to our customers quickly, safely, and with better quality. </p> <p>In this role you will be supporting the Common Platform Services area, which provides foundational services and drives best practices for product development at SentinelOne. This person will be responsible for our API gateway, monitoring and rate limits, customer-facing status page, the SentinelOne developer portal, new service templates, and more. Your goals are to ensure product development teams aren't solving the same problem in different ways and ease the burden on product teams by providing commonly needed services. You’ll enable product teams to build new services with best practices baked in. You will also work to ensure SentinelOne customers understand the health of their deployment and have a consistent API for interacting with the entire SentinelOne product portfolio. </p> <p>You will be working on high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives, so strong collaboration and communication are essential to the role. You're someone who can earn the trust and respect of your engineering teams. You're just as comfortable presenting a roadmap to customers as you are diving into technical requirements with engineering. You’re a curious, detail-oriented person who values continuous learning.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with both SentinelOne customers and product teams to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements. </li> <li>Conduct user or market research to understand how other companies or the industry are solving similar problems</li> <li>Define and measure KPIs and partner with engineering to prioritize the team's backlog based on those KPIs. </li> <li>Document and communicate customer requirements to the development teams, ensuring they understand the scope, acceptance criteria, and impact. </li> <li>Own and be able to present the product strategy and 4Q product roadmap for Common Platform Services to a variety of stakeholders – customers, field, engineering, etc. </li> <li>Own and drive go-to-market activities for new product/feature launches – including documentation, stakeholder enablement, etc. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role with strong interest in product management </li> <li>Experience working with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP) and cloud-native technologies (k8s, prometheus, cortex, OTel, etc.) </li> <li>Experience working with and building products for large enterprise customers. </li> <li>Experience managing the product lifecycle end-to-end – conducting market research, writing requirements, supporting engineering during execution, and conducting enablement activities at product launch time for customers, field, support, etc. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>: </p> <ul> <li>Platform product management experience or experience managing both developer-facing products while still being able to work directly with external customers  </li> <li>A solid technical background, with a degree in computer science or prior experience as a SWE/SRE </li> </ul> <h4><strong>What we offer you</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Flexible working hours, Hybrid working model with offices in Prague-Karlin (brand new Missouri Park) or Brno or remote in Slovakia</li> <li>Generous employee stock plan in the form of RSUs (restricted stock units)</li> <li>Flexible Time Off (on top of the standard 5 weeks of vacation)</li> <li
