- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to meet timelines, budget, and scope requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to align with strict deadlines and diverse client needs.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and adhere to client specifications.
- Serve as the primary client contact, understanding and addressing unique cultural and business expectations.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries with the urgency and precision expected in Korean corporate environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Resolve project issues efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
- Review and approve contractor bids, RFIs, submittals, and change requests to ensure project alignment.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Foster teamwork and provide guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Support additional business objectives, including proposal development as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years in project management, with at least 3 years of experience managing construction site projects.
- Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Korean corporate culture, including its fast pace, high expectations, and complex demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
