💵 $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)

Worksites include locations in Bluffton, Berne, Portland, and additional surrounding towns.

💼 What You’ll Do

✔ Set up and manage inspection projects✔ Lead and support Quality Inspectors & Team Leaders✔ Train team members on procedures and safety standards✔ Build strong customer relationships✔ Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met✔ Provide coaching and performance feedback✔ Complete reports and required documentation✔ Step in for leadership when needed✔ Travel to manufacturing plants & warehouses✔ Perform inspections as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔ 2+ years leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills✔ Customer-service mindset✔ Detail-oriented & organized✔ Positive, adaptable attitude✔ Valid driver’s license✔ Ability to travel on short notice
