Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Senior Business Analyst to independently evaluate delivered functionalities and provide written recommendations, design considerations for use and adoption, develop flexible solutions that maximize PeopleSoft and HRConnect delivered capabilities and configurations, meet with stakeholders as necessary to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and understood, provide recommendations to streamline business processes and increase efficiency, prepare Change Requests, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and Defect Design Documents (DDD, Develop business process flow diagrams and use cases to support functional designs and specifications, define Acceptance Criteria for Product Owner Acceptance, and provide functional product expertise through the agile development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in functional unit testing, support quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure software meets requirements, document issues, and demonstrate results for product approval with minimal direction.
Support ongoing ad hoc business analysis activities supporting the operations and maintenance and enhancements to the HRConnect product.
Support activities may include but are not limited to providing support for implementing customer and internal change requests, supporting design analysis, creating presentations of changes for internal and customer/agency consumption, updating documentation, reviewing training material and supporting knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher
5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
